Took money upfront and promised to finish the rest of the job. But never showed up. Left a mess outside. Not trustworthy. Also plays with your sympathy by telling his son is unwell. Horrible person. I'm still in shock.

BEWARE! My patio needed pressure washing, some Indian stone slabs relaying and the grouting replaced in most areas. Three days later the slabs are loose again and the grouting is falling out. In addition we agreed a price before the work began which Redband increased by 90% on completing the job. Be wary of Jack he is a con artist who takes advantage of the elderly and is an absolute disgrace to the trade.

Disappointed as I paid in full. Stupidly I trusted them to come and mow my lawn as they promised. Never came and never called. Broken lawnmower spilled diesel on my drive! Flower beds weeded including all my plants being dug out. Removed hedge cutting but did not clear up properly. Strimmed the wild section of garden and left all the cuttings which now needs clearing. Will not use them again.
